USDOT’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) sets the regulations for Hazardous Materials transportation for multiple modes of transportation.  Hazardous Materials compliance is a complex topic. Whether you are an experienced hazardous materials carrier or just wondering what hazardous materials regulations you need to comply with, this session will cover an overview of general hazardous materials regulations for highway transportation.  

Topics to be covered include Hazardous Materials Registration, how to use the Hazardous Materials Table, shipping papers, marking and labelling of packages, security plans, and training requirements.
